Completion of 210 Euston Road

Our office refurbishment project at 210 Euston Road for the Wellcome Trust is ready for completion at the end of this month.

The project has been onsite since the start of 2019, with major refurbishment works including a new seventh floor, partial cladding replacement, a full Cat-A scheme including a dramatic reception and substantial support facilities.

The Euston Road facade has been renewed with Portland Stone at low level with full height windows and an eye-catching illuminated portal entrance. The remaining facades have new terrace doors, and new glazing into recoated frames. The reception area expresses the structural grid into the interior design of a tartan concrete and stone floor and coffered edge lit ceiling mirroring the geometry.

The office and core spaces feature maximised ceiling and soffit heights, oak with light industrial metalwork finishing. The building has a generous number of accessible terraces, many with planting selected and arranged to soften the urban spaces with city views. Sustainability and flexibility have been the focus of the design to create an office for the future.
