Exhibition celebrating 70 Years of Concrete Quarterly includes 45 Folgate Street

45 Folgate Street is featured in a new exhibition at The Building Centre which celebrates 70 years of Concrete Quarterly.

The exhibition explores concrete architecture and engineering over the past seven decades through a selection of projects and images from the magazine’s archive. Located in Spitalfieds, within a conservation area of Georgian and Victorian brick facades, the recently completed project is one of eight projects chosen to represent the current decade. Featuring the original concrete soffit and coffers which are left visible for their rich texture, 45 Folgate Street signals a renaissance in the use of exposed concrete in architecture today.

The exhibition continues until 30 October, further details here.
