Revitalising an office building with a prominent position in the City of London, close to London Wall and Moorgate.

Main moves

We were appointed by EPIC to bring new life to a dated building in a prime location. Our design creates a crisp and contemporary exterior with rectangular Bath stone alongside dark anodised metalwork. Replacing the sixth story adds a full floor plate to the space, with the addition of roof terraces on the third and sixth floors. We completely refreshed the entrance and reception area with back-lit glass, Bateig Blue stone flooring, new seating and a specially commissioned artwork by Nobuhiro Nakanishi. Large picture windows open up the space and connect the reception area to the street and square outside.
