Andrew is the practice’s Founding Director and over the years has been involved in numerous projects. He enjoys all aspects of design and works across the broad and diverse spectrum of live and work projects, from large scale mixed use masterplanning and placemaking, through to complex central London commercial and residential refurbishments. He has accumulated a wealth of experience working with industry leaders on many award winning buildings.
His approach to architecture is contextually led with many of the projects developing new ideas and sustainable technologies. Over more than 30 years, he has fostered a design led, commercially sound and professional direction which has helped to build the strong reputation the practice has today.
In 2016 he guided TateHindle into becoming an employee owned trust which has been a natural progression from the practices collaborative team-working approach and now chairs the board of trustees.
