14-16 Peterborough Road is a delicate site, the kind of street that asks for a good neighbour: careful scale, proportion and detailing.

Inside, the workspace is simple and calm with carefully framed views over the surrounding Victorian streets and green spaces, a place people will want to dwell. It also includes affordable space for local businesses, which is rarer than it should be.

It got here through close collaboration with all involved; a great design team, client, and contractor. We’re looking forward to seeing it in use.
