The Royal Terrace
With the emergence of Leamington as a spa town in the early 19th century, the town development centred around the natural springs, one of which was discovered in Jephson Gardens. The four houses that make up the Royal Terrace are Grade II listed buildings sited directly opposite The Jefferson Gardens Park.
On behalf of TAG Properties, TateHindle restored, reconfigured and extended the existing row of houses into 22 luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and a 5 bedroom triplex apartment. The original street fronting facades and historical features were retained.
Two 3 bedroom townhouses were also added at the rear of the site with a landscaped garden to reinforce the original historical boundaries of the period buildings.
