Regent's Place

TateHindle have been commissioned by British Land to deliver a significant urban mixed use scheme as the final part of a Terry Farrell master plan for the North East Quadrant at Regent’s Place, Euston.

The development will deliver over 125,000 sq ft of residential accommodation including 70 affordable units and 98 private residential units located in a landmark 25 storey tower. The private residential building is clad in a striking ‘basket weave’ facade with a distinctively modelled colonnaded roof top affording stunning views across Regent’s Park from the triplex penthouse apartments.

An eight storey office building providing 25,000 sq ft of floor space forms a third prominent structure on the site, enclosing a tranquil ‘U’ shaped landscaped courtyard at raised first floor level. Retail accommodation is arranged at ground floor fronting onto Hampstead Road and arranged over a two storey serviced basement. The scheme is currently on site and due for completion in May 2013. The original concept design was by Stephen Marshall.
