TateHindle obtained planning permission in August 2011 for a student accommodation scheme located in Park Royal, West London. The scheme provides 400 student bedrooms, a roof top bar and leisure facility, a ground floor community space with views of the canal and a retail unit.
It is proposed that the heating and cooling of the building will be achieved using a highly sustainable method utilising the thermal properties of the canal water through a heat exchanger.
