TateHindle were approached by BNB Developments to submit an outline planning application for a mixed use canal side development in Acton.
Nash House replaces a derelict 1960s office building and blighted site with 320 student rooms arranged over five floors.
The proposed scheme includes 27,000sqft of employment space in the form of start up / incubator office space combined with prominent retail units at ground floor and meeting facilities for the local community.
The building is intended to present a strong visual presence on Old Oak Lane particularly when viewed on the approach towards the canal from the East.
The development received outline planning permission in 2011.
