Fox Court involved the complete refurbishment of this 1960’s office building including a new facade to Gray’s Inn Road, remodelled service cores and toilets and new mechanical and electrical services.
The four pipe fan-coil system was fitted into a ceiling with an overall void of only 250mm and the floor area was substantially increased to 100,000 sqft NIA.
